  • Elements for hen marination:
  • 500g Boneless Rooster
  • 1 Egg
  • 2-Three tbsp Cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Elements for sauté veggie: 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Capsicum (cubes)
  • 1 cup Onion (cubes)
  • 1 cup Tomatoes (cubes)
  • Salt to style
  • Elements for gravy:
  • 2-Three tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 ½ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Sizzling Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • half of tbsp Crimson Chilli flakes
  • Salt to style
  • half of tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Water as required
  • Inexperienced Onion (for garnishing)
  • Instructions:
  • Minimize the hen into skinny slant sheets.
  • In a bowl add hen, egg, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, oil, and ginger garlic paste. Combine properly and put aside for 20-30 minutes.
