  • Palak Paneer Kofta
  • Elements for koftay:
  • 1/2 kg Beef mince
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Three tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Purple chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt to style
  • 3-Four Inexperienced chilies (chopped)
  • 1 Onion medium
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/Four cup Gram flour (roasted)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Elements for gravy:
  • 1 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Purple chili powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt to style
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 6-7 Black pepper entire
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 1/Four cup Fenugreek go away (dried)
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 6-7 Cloves
  • 1/Four cup Cream
  • 1 block Cottage cheese in cubes
  • 2kg Spinach
  • Instructions for kofta:
  • In a chopper add beef mince, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, purple chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, inexperienced chilies, onion, egg and gram flour.
  • Chop till effectively mixed, grease your arms, take small quantity of mince and make small balls.
  • Deep fry on low medium flame till mild golden brown and take it off.
  • Instructions for gravy:
  • In a pan warmth water, boil spinach in it for eight to 10 minutes then mix.
  • In one other pan warmth oil then cook dinner onion till translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, entire spices and cook dinner for a minute.
  • Add tomato puree, salt, turmeric, purple chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook dinner for five to six minutes.
  • When oil separates, add blended spinach and cook dinner for 20 to 25 minutes or till oil separates.
  • Add koftay, cream, garam masala powder and cook dinner for Three to Four minutes.
  • Then add dried fenugreek leaves, cowl and cook dinner for five to 10 minutes on low flame.
  • When oil separates add cottage cheese cubes and blend. It’s prepared.
  • Garnish with some cream and serve tasty palak paneer kofta.
  • Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
  • Cooking time: 30-40 minutes
  • Serving: 5-6 individuals
