  • Components for bread balls:
  • 5-6 Bread slices
  • half cup Cabbage (shredded)
  • half cup Carrot (shredded)
  • half cup Capsicum (chopped)
  • half cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt to style
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 3-Four tbsp Cornstarch
  • Water as required
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Components for gravy:
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Inexperienced Chilies (sliced)
  • 1 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • half cup Chili Garlic Paste
  • half cup Capsicum cubes
  • half cup Inexperienced Onion
  • 1 tbps Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • Salt to style
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Instructions:
  • In a chopper, chop bread and switch it right into a bowl.
  • Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, corn starch and water and knead into comfortable dough. The dough should not be sticky.
  • Make small balls from dough and put aside.
