  • Lahori Murgh Cholay
  • Substances:
  • 5 Rooster leg items
  • 1 cup White chickpea
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to style
  • 1 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Pink chili powder
  • 1/Four cup Break up pink lentil
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2-Three Inexperienced chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Curry leaf
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 5-6 Black pepper
  • Inexperienced coriander for garnish
  • Instructions:
  • Soak chickpeas in a single day then boil till totally cooked.
  • In a pan warmth oil, then add onion and cook dinner till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and blend.
  • Then add salt, pink chili powder, turmeric, curry leaf, black cloves, black pepper, cumin and cook dinner for two to three minutes.
  • Then add tomato puree, hen leg items and cook dinner for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Add pink lentil, water as required and cook dinner for 15 minutes till lentil is cooked correctly.
  • Ultimately add boiled chickpea; cowl it with lid for 10 to 15 minutes extra and your dish is prepared.
  • Garnish with inexperienced chilies, coriander, ginger and serve tasty lahori murgh cholay.
