  • Daal Kabab Recipe
  • Components for Kabab:
  • 1/2 kg Rooster mince
  • 1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/four tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander grounded
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • three tbsp Coriander inexperienced
  • Salt to style
  • 1 tbsp Inexperienced chilies
  • 1/2 cup Chickpea powder (roasted)
  • 1 tbsp Crimson chili flakes
  • 1 Egg
  • Components for gravy:
  • 1 cup Yellow lentil
  • 1 cup Crimson lentil
  • 1 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup Tomatoes (blended)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to style
  • Components for tarka:
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 5-6 Crimson chilies entire
  • Instructions for kabab:
  • In a bowl add rooster mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, inexperienced chilies, chickpea powder, chili flakes and crimson chili powder.
  • Combine all these substances nicely, grease your palms then make small oval form mini kabab.
  • Deep fry in oil till gentle golden brown. Put aside.
  • Instructions for gravy:
  • Soak each lentils collectively for half an hour.
  • In a pan warmth oil, add chopped onion and cook dinner for three to four minutes.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and blend it nicely.
  • Add crimson chili powder, turmeric, salt and cook dinner for five to six minutes.
  • Then add tomato puree, lentils, water as required and blend nicely.
  • Cook dinner on low flame for 30 to 40 minutes till its lentil is absolutely tender.
  • In a pan warmth oil, add cumin , crimson chilies, bay leaf and provides it a superb stir till cumin is gentle golden brown.
  • Your tarka is prepared. Pour in your ready dish and serve.
  • Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
  • Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
  • Serving: 5-6 individuals
